DTF transfers
DFT (Digital Transfer Film) is the latest technology in digital printing. It consists of printing a design on a polyester film or film using high-quality inks that are coated with an adhesive powder, and then transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure.
DTF printing offers multiple possibilities in terms of thetypes of textile surfaces on which it can be applied. Theapplication can be made on both dark and light fabrics, cotton, polyester fabric blend and even non-poroussurfaces.
The transfer temperature ranges between 160º-170º C for10-15 seconds.
The printing machine works with 300-point png files thatmust be provided by the customer and that will not be manipulated by Casting Logos at any time. In a format of57 cms wide by a minimum of 2 meters long they can include the different models that are desired and repetitions. The work is delivered by printed meterswithout individualized cutting.
Casting-Logos can make, at an additional cost, the files with the shield designs that the client wants.
